Workplace location is located in Nunn, CO (30 minutes east of Fort Collins) We are seeking a hard working and motivated Cultivation Technician to join our team. As a Cultivation Technician, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to cannabis cultivation, cleaning, and general maintenance. This is a hands-on role that requires physical strength and the ability to work with hand tools, machinery and others. If you have a passion for working in a garden, we encourage you to apply. ```Responsibilities- Manual labor tasks including plant work, weed pulling, manual labor activities in an outdoor setting
- Collect and record data on plant growth, temperature, humidity, and other relevant factors
- Perform basic math
- Assist with operations, including planting, watering, fertilizing, and pest control
- Utilize hand tools and equipment to maintain the garden
- Operate irrigation systems to ensure proper watering of plants
- Assist with heavy lifting and moving of materials as needed
- Conduct routine maintenance on equipment
- Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment ```Experience```
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required, we can train any willing candidate
- Knowledge of plant care is a plus
- Ability to operate hand tools and machinery safely
