Performance is evaluated on successful completion of tasks. Duties and responsibilities
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Job responsibilities/functions to include, but not limited to: Plant Maintenance Pruning/Big leafing Top and clean out plants Help with pest mitigation Plant Movement Mix dirt and fill pots Transferring plants to larger pots Help with moving plants from veg to flower Harvesting Removing trellis Breaking down plants to hang dry Removing used pots from greenhouse Cloning Clone care Cleaning greenhouses and property Cleaning water lines and tanks Spraying Watering/feeding Mixing nutrients Qualifications Qualifications include: Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively with a team Ability to work with minimal supervision Good attendance/reliability Good organizational skills Attention to detail Good time management Working conditions This job is performed in a stationary building, two greenhouses and outdoor grow that the facilities are on. Able to work outside in the heat. Physical requirements This position requires routine walking, stooping, pushing, carrying, climbing bending and lifting. Moving items over fifty pounds utilizes a team lift. Using various equipment such as mixers, trimmers, bucking machine, sprayers and otherfarm equipment. Direct reports
