As we scale, we're looking for an experienced Cannabis Grower with a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and commitment to quality, compliance, and efficiency. Position Summary Responsible for executing outdoor cultivation activities to ensure optimal plant health, yield, and quality. This role requires hands-on experience in cannabis cultivation and the ability to manage crop performance in an outdoor environment. Key Responsibilities Oversee planting, transplanting, and crop scheduling Manage irrigation, nutrients, and plant health programs Perform and direct pruning, defoliation, and canopy management Identify and respond to pests, disease, and environmental issues Lead and support harvest operations Train and guide entry-level staff as needed Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with MED regulations Ensure clean, efficient, and organized cultivation areas Required Qualifications 21+ Age Valid MED badge Prior cannabis cultivation experience (outdoor preferred) Strong understanding of plant health, nutrients, and growing cycles Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Strong attention to detail and leadership capability Reliable, self-motivated, and team-oriented
