Time Location:
Pueblo, Colorado About Us We're a fast-growing, high-performance cannabis company in Colorado focused on premium flower and concentrates. As we scale, we're looking for Cannabis Trimmer with a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and commitment to quality, compliance, and efficiency. Position Summary Responsible for trimming and preparing harvested cannabis plants to meet quality and packaging standards. There may be some limited field work needed during planting and harvest seasons. Key Responsibilities Trim and manicure cannabis flower to remove excess leaves and stems Shape buds for uniform appearance and quality presentation Inspect product for mold, pests, or defects (quality control) Weigh, sort, and record trimmed products Maintain a clean, sanitized work environment Package finished product according to company standards Follow all compliance and safety procedures Required Qualifications 21+ Age Valid MED badge Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
Pay:
From $15.16 per hour
