Hydroponic Farmer

Production & Farmers Market Assistant High Ridge Hydroponics is hiring a reliable, hardworking team member to assist with indoor farm production and work our farmers market booth on Saturdays. The primary focus of this role is farmers market sales and customer interaction, while also supporting day-to-day farm operations during the week.

Responsibilities:

Set up, run, and break down farmers market booth Assist customers and drive sales at markets Seed, harvest, wash, and pack microgreens and lettuce Prepare growing media and maintain cleanliness of the facility Move trays and supplies throughout the farm (must lift 50 lbs) Assist with deliveries, maintenance, and other daily tasks as needed Enter production data and complete daily checklists

Requirements:

Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Clean driving record Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting 50 lbs Organized, dependable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and customer service skills Comfortable multitasking between production work and sales

Preferred Experience:

Farming, greenhouse, hydroponic, or horticulture experience Experience in sales, retail, or customer-facing roles Familiarity with tools, equipment maintenance, or startup environments This is a full-time position (35-45 hours/week) with varying hours based on production and market schedules. High Ridge Hydroponics operates year-round.

Pay:
