In this energetic role, you will be responsible for maintaining lush beds, supporting greenhouse operations, and ensuring our outdoor spaces thrive. Your passion for gardening, horticulture, and landscape maintenance will help create beautiful, healthy environments that inspire and delight. This position offers a rewarding opportunity to work outdoors daily, develop your skills in irrigation, lawn care, and farming practices, and contribute to the overall beauty and health of our landscapes. Duties Maintain flower beds, shrubbery, and landscaped areas through planting, pruning, weeding, mulching, and edging to ensure vibrant and tidy outdoor spaces Operate hand tools and power tools safely for tasks such as trimming, digging, aerating, and soil preparation Conduct landscape maintenance tasks including debris removal, bed edging, and seasonal cleanup to uphold aesthetic standards Requirements Prior experience in horticulture, gardening, landscaping or related fields such as farming or agriculture is preferred but not mandatory; a strong willingness to learn is essential Ability to operate hand tools (shovels, pruners) and power tools (trimmers, blowers) safely and effectively Physical stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions; ability to stand, bend, lift heavy objects and perform manual labor throughout the day Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining plant health and landscape aesthetics Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward collaborative efforts in landscape maintenance projects •Horticulture graduates and students encouraged to apply.• Embark on a fulfilling journey where your horticultural talents make a tangible difference!
