Job Description

Sanctuary Medicinals in Apopka, FL is looking for one cannabis packaging technician to join our team. The packaging technician position at Sanctuary Medicinals is best suited for an individual who desires to learn about cannabis and the importance of product quality control and presentation. Focused on assisting the department with proper and accurate packaging of cannabis product into pre-weighed containers, meet daily productivity, quality, and compliance requirements. Accuracy is the key attribute. Previous packaging experience and knowledge of cannabis is recommended but not required. Hours will be Monday through Friday 7am to 3:30pm. Weekends may be requested.
Responsibilities:
Daily duties include ensuring that all product information is correct, cohesive, compliant, and ensuring the final product is aesthetically accurate to the visionary standards set forth by the company. Employees should possess good verbal and written communication skills, a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent. They will need to sit, squat, and kneel repetitively throughout a daily workday. Be able to lift 25-50lbs and be capable of performing manual labor tasks as required in a large-scale grow.
Qualifications:
