This is a leadership position for an individual who takes pride in quality work, can diagnose and repair irrigation systems independently, and is capable of helping grow and lead our irrigation division.

Responsibilities:

Diagnose and repair residential and commercial irrigation systems. Troubleshoot controllers, valves, wiring, pumps, rain sensors, and irrigation components. Perform monthly irrigation inspections and wet checks. Adjust sprinkler heads, nozzles, rotors, drip systems, and watering schedules. Locate and repair leaks, broken pipes, valves, and other irrigation system failures. Install new irrigation systems and irrigation upgrades. Read irrigation plans and layout irrigation systems. Maintain accurate service records and repair recommendations. Communicate professionally with customers, account managers, and office staff. Train and assist irrigation helpers and technicians. Ensure all work is completed safely and to company standards.

Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of irrigation experience preferred. Florida irrigation experience strongly preferred. Ability to troubleshoot irrigation systems independently. Experience with Rain Bird, Hunter, Toro, and commercial irrigation systems. Valid driver's license required. Must be insurable under company insurance guidelines. Ability to safely operate company vehicles, trailers, trenchers, and irrigation equipment. Ability to work outdoors in Florida weather conditions. Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and positive attitude.

Preferred Qualifications:

Florida State Irrigation Contractor License. Certified Irrigation Technician (CIT). Backflow certification. Experience leading crews and managing projects. Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
