WORKSITE LOCATION IS 5249 PLACID VIEW DRIVE LAKE PLACID FL THE WORKSITE ADDRESS IS THE SAME AS THE EMPLOYERS ADDRESS AND IS THE ONLY WORKSITE . WORK HOURS ARE MONDAY

$15.00 to $20.00 PER

Job Summary We are seeking a reliable, hardworking Part-Time Farm Worker to assist with daily operations, equipment operation, and property maintenance. This role requires a self-motivated individual who enjoys working outdoors and has practical experience with heavy machinery and general property repairs.
Essential Job Functions Equipment Operation :
Safely operate tractors and attached implements (e.g., mowers, shredders, loaders) to maintain pastures and move materials.
Infrastructure Maintenance :
Repair and build barbed wire or board fencing; maintain and reinforce cow pens, gates, and corrals to ensure livestock security.
Irrigation Repair :
Troubleshoot, fix, and maintain farm irrigation systems, including piping, valves, and sprinklers.
General Labor :
Perform miscellaneous farm tasks such as clearing brush, debris removal, and assisting as needed.
Qualifications & Physical Requirements Experience :
Minimum 1-2 years of experience operating tractors and farming equipment safely.
Skills :
Proven ability to use basic hand tools and power tools for fencing and structural repairs.
Physical Fitness :
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly, bend, and kneel.
Requirements :
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to the job site. Work Environment Work is primarily performed outdoors in variable weather conditions (heat, rain, wind). Must be Authorized to work in the UNITED STATES
