As an Irrigation Technician I, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health and beauty of clients landscapes by analyzing, troubleshooting, and repairing advanced irrigation systems. This position offers the opportunity to work in a supportive, family-oriented environment that values professionalism and technical skill. Responsibilities Diagnose and troubleshoot irrigation system issues using multi-meters and wire locators. Repair and maintain multi-wire and two-wire irrigation systems, including programming and replacing decoders. Program, activate, and deactivate irrigation controllers to meet seasonal and landscape requirements. Maintain accurate records of site layouts, valve locations, zones, and system run times. Install new irrigation systems, including layout, pipe cutting and gluing, and adjusting various head types. Perform hand excavation as needed for repairs and installations. Manage inventory by keeping work vehicles stocked and procuring necessary parts for repairs. Qualifications Experience with mainline repair and a strong understanding of two-wire irrigation systems. Valid drivers license. BMP (Best Management Practices) Certification. Strong organizational and communication skills; bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus. Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs. frequently, and perform routine hand-excavation.
