Full Time About Us Landscaping, Sod & Beyond is a growing landscaping company serving Ocala and the surrounding North Central Florida area. We are looking for a dependable and hardworking Farm Hand to help with daily farm operations, equipment support, property maintenance, and general outdoor labor. Position Overview The Farm Hand will assist with the day to day work needed to keep our farm and property running smoothly. This position is hands on and requires someone who is reliable, physically capable, comfortable working outdoors, and willing to help wherever needed. The right candidate should have a strong work ethic, a good attitude, and the ability to follow directions while working as part of a team. Responsibilities Assist with daily farm operations and general outdoor labor. Operate basic farm and landscape equipment when needed. Assist with irrigation checks, repairs, and watering schedules. Load and unload materials, tools, equipment, and supplies. Maintain clean and organized work areas, equipment, and storage areas. Help maintain farm property, grounds, and facilities. Follow safety procedures while working around equipment, trailers, and machinery. Communicate with supervisors and team members about daily tasks and project needs. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous farm, landscaping, nursery, or outdoor labor experience preferred. Ability to work outdoors in Florida weather conditions. Ability to lift 50 pounds or more. Comfortable working around tractors, trailers, mowers, irrigation systems, and other equipment. Reliable transportation to and from work. Strong work ethic and willingness to learn. Ability to follow directions and work well with a team. Valid driver's license preferred. Equipment operating experience is a plus.
