BARN HELP/STABLE HAND WANTED
Horse farm in Parrish, FL is looking for someone to fill a part time position. The morning shift starts at 6:45 AM and goes until about 11:00 AM; the evening shift starts at 4:30 PM and goes until 7:30 PM at the latest. Main duties include stall cleaning, feeding, turn in/out, straightening up around the property, etc. The applicant must have experience and be efficient in time management and communication and be able to stay on task when left alone. This is not a job where you can work at your own pace; it is a very busy facility! Candidate should be able to lift 50+ lbs on a regular basis and can tolerate working outside in various weather conditions. Prefer at least 2 years of RECENT qualified experience in handling and caring for horses. 18+ years of age required. No housing is provided at this time.References Required Job Types:
