Job Description

At United Land Services (ULS), we pride ourselves on being a comprehensive landscaping company offering a wide range of services. From landscape design and maintenance to irrigation systems, hardscapes, and outdoor lighting, we cater to various commercial landscape needs. Whether it's a single-family home development, condominium complex, commercial building, or shopping center, we're equipped to handle it all. As a Crew Member in our sod farming environment, you will contribute to the smooth operations of our farm. Your responsibilities will encompass a variety of tasks, including operating machinery, planting, mowing, and undertaking general farm labor duties. Your contributions will be pivotal in ensuring the quality of our farm products and operations.
Responsibilities:
Support the installation of silt fencing, sod, and seeding on active job sites. Load, unload, and organize materials and equipment each day. Operate light machinery or assist with equipment as needed (training provided). Keep job sites clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards. Take direction from supervisors and crew leaders. Perform duties outdoors in a variety of weather conditions.
Qualifications:
Must have a valid driver's license and dependable transportation. Experience in erosion control, landscaping, or construction is preferred but not required. Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team. Capable of lifting 50+ lbs and performing physically demanding outdoor work. Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
