Plant:

Breeder Farm Days Responsible for all general labor duties supporting the breeder farm management team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Picking up and grading eggs Collect eggs and update reports as necessary Placing eggs in trays Walk and inspect the houses and do minor mechanical work as needed Monitor and adjust illumination, temperature, and ventilation systems per instruction Additional duties as assigned

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

Physical:

Must use safe lifting techniques. Must regularly stoop/bend down to collect eggs repeatedly. Must regularly lift and/or move, up to 20 pounds. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand and walk majority of shift; sit; use hands to handle or feel objects and controls; reach with hands and arms; balance; climbing/ladder usage; etc.

Environment:

Required to work on wet, slippery surfaces and also work in hot, dry, dusty, wet, icy, snowy and cold environments. Personal Protective Equipment Required.

Safety:

Team member is expected to follow all applicable safety policies and procedures. The hours of this position are 8:00 am

• 4:30 pm. Position will work 5 days per week, including weekends on a rotating schedule.
