We are looking for an amazing Growing Assistant to join us in doing what we do best: grow fresh produce in high-tech greenhouses. The Growing Assistant role provides temporary support to the Head Grower of the facility. This role will complete manual tasks related to crop growth and will terminate at the end of the contract period.

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

Preventative Programs:

Focus on scouting, monitoring, sanitation, cultural practices, and staying ahead of seasonal trends.

Crop Maintenance:

Mix fertilizer and collect plant measurements.

Operational Support:

Perform additional tasks as required.

QUALIFICATIONS

Excellent verbal, written, organizational and interpersonal skills Prior experience in commercial greenhouses preferred Experience in CEA and leafy greens preferred Experience using various biological controls to maintain pest pressures under threshold Passionate commitment to the company vision Ability to crouch, kneel and stand for extended periods of time
