Responsibilities:

Punctuality and consistent attendance are essential. Demonstrate a positive, hardworking attitude while serving clients professionally. Assist teammates and other crews during loading and unloading. Be adaptable and willing to help where needed throughout the year. Foster communication and collaboration within the team and across departments. Maintain accurate time records using our CRM systems. Utilize CRM tools to complete work tickets thoroughly, within budget, and scope. Work independently in a self-managed environment. Manage time effectively and maintain integrity in time reporting. Adapt to a fast-paced environment with daily flexibility. Identify and address problem areas, seeking solutions and learning as needed. Proactively ask questions to ensure efficiency. Ensure all work meets the highest quality standards. Engage with customers positively, accommodating their needs and preferences.
