We are seeking motivated and reliable individuals to join our post-harvest team as Cannabis Trimmers and Harvesters. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, efficient, and able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards. This job is actually located in East Saint Louis, Illinois (62201)

Trusted Herb Care has been operating in the state of Michigan for approx 10 years. We are the LARGEST and BEST Cannabis staffing company in the state. We are expanding and need reliable team members. Responsibilities •Hand-trim cannabis flower with precision, ensuring product quality and consistency•Assist with harvesting, bucking, drying, and curing processes as needed Maintain a clean and organized workstation following company and state compliance standards Accurately weigh, record, and package trimmed material Follow all safety and sanitation protocols in the work environment Work effectively both independently and as part of a team Requirements Must be 21 years or older (per state cannabis regulations) Ability to sit or stand for long periods and perform repetitive hand motions Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain consistent trim quality Must pass applicable state background checks to work in the cannabis industry Prior trimming or cultivation experience preferred, but not required (training provided) Reliable transportation and strong work ethic Compensation Competitive hourly rate Opportunities for advancement into team lead or supervisory roles Flexible scheduling (full-time and part-time positions available) Benefits On-the-job training provided Team-oriented and supportive work environment You pick your days each week for the following week.
