Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Cultivator and Flower Room Technician, where you will play a vital role in nurturing healthy, vibrant plants from seedling to harvest. This energetic position offers the opportunity to work hands-on in a fast-paced horticultural environment, ensuring optimal growth conditions and maintaining the highest standards of plant care. Duties Maintain greenhouse conditions by managing temperature, humidity, and ventilation systems Identify plant health issues through careful inspection and implement appropriate solutions or notify supervisors Use hand tools and mechanical equipment safely to support plant maintenance and facility upkeep Conduct routine cleaning and sanitation of grow areas to prevent pests and disease outbreaks Support outdoor work activities such as lawn care, landscaping, and general farm maintenance as needed Experience Prior growing experience in horticulture, farming, or greenhouse environments is highly preferred Knowledge of irrigation systems, plant identification, and basic math for measurements and calculations Hands-on experience with gardening tools, land management equipment, or lawn care machinery Familiarity with outdoor work settings including farming or landscaping projects Mechanical knowledge related to greenhouse systems or irrigation equipment is a plus Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work outdoors in varying weather conditions Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills for maintaining plant records and schedules Join us in cultivating excellence!
