In this role, you will be responsible for meticulously trimming and preparing cannabis plants to ensure they meet quality standards and aesthetic appeal. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment focused on producing premium cannabis products. Your attention to detail and passion for horticulture will help us deliver top-tier products to our customers while supporting sustainable growing practices. Duties Carefully trim, manicure, and shape cannabis buds to enhance quality and appearance Remove excess leaves, stems, and debris using hand tools such as scissors, trimmers, and pruning shears Inspect plants regularly for pests, diseases, or deficiencies and report issues promptly Maintain cleanliness of work areas and ensure tools are sanitized after each use Support the harvesting process by hanging or packaging trimmed buds for drying or distribution Follow all safety protocols related to handling plant materials and operating hand tools Experience Prior experience in horticulture, gardening, or farming environments preferred Knowledge of cannabis cultivation practices is a plus Mechanical knowledge and ability to operate hand tools efficiently are advantageous Strong plant identification skills and basic math skills for measurements and calculations Ability to perform heavy lifting and work comfortably in various conditions Enthusiasm for gardening, and sustainable growing methods is highly valued Join us in cultivating excellence!
