Our team works hard to provide a clean, healthy, and humane environment for our hens while maintaining the highest standards of food safety and farm operations. ________________________________________ Job Summary We're looking for reliable, hardworking individuals to join our egg barn team. As an Egg Barn Worker, you'll be responsible for daily tasks that support the care of our laying hens and monitoring equipment in the process of collection, handling, and packing of eggs in a clean and efficient manner. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities Monitor the health and well-being of hens and report any issues to farm management Refill feed and water stations as needed Follow all biosecurity, safety, and animal welfare protocols Perform other general farm duties as assigned Keep egg room clean Monitor Equipment Eggs are collected mechanically but you will need to stack flats of eggs Record keeping ________________________________________ Qualifications Comfortable working around poultry and in agricultural environments Ability to work independently and as part of a team Physical ability to lift 30+ lbs, bend, and stand for extended periods Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented Willingness to follow strict cleanliness and safety protocols Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
