ASAP Job Description:

We are currently seeking a reliable and hard-working General Farm Hand to join our team. This role will primarily involve operating tractors, auger carts, and semis, along with performing various day-to-day tasks around the farm as needed. The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, safety-conscious, and able to work well both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate tractors and auger carts during harvest and other field operations Drive semi-trucks for grain hauling (CDL preferred or required depending on local regulations) Assist with equipment maintenance and minor repairs Load/unload grain and other materials Perform general farm labor, including field prep, cleanup, and other tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

Valid driver's license (CDL preferred) Experience operating farm machinery including tractors, auger carts, and semis Ability to work long hours during peak seasons, including weekends Physically fit and able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Strong work ethic and attention to safety
