This hands-on role involves working outdoors and assisting with essential farm tasks that keep our property clean, productive, and running smoothly. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys physical work, takes pride in maintaining a clean environment, and is willing to jump in wherever needed. You will play an important role in keeping the farm looking its best and supporting seasonal activities. Duties Perform weeding and general grounds maintenance to keep fields, walkways, and growing areas clean and organized Assist with outdoor farm tasks including planting, watering, and basic crop care Help maintain fences, garden beds, and outdoor structures Support general farm upkeep such as cleaning, hauling, and organizing materials Use basic hand tools and equipment safely and effectively Assist with setup and cleanup for farm activities or events as needed Follow instructions and complete tasks efficiently with minimal supervision Skills & Requirements Strong work ethic and willingness to perform physical labor outdoors Ability to work in various weather conditions (heat, cold, etc.) Comfortable with lifting, bending, and repetitive tasks Dependable, punctual, and able to follow directions Basic familiarity with tools or outdoor work is a plus (but not required) Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed Why Join Driving Wind Farm?
