Job Description

Role To complete daily processing of payments and all associated responsibilities. To perform some administrative and clerical duties inherent to the processing of ag loans. To assist members with their ag loan applications and answer inquiries regarding Beacon Credit Union products and services in a courteous and professional manner. Major Duties and Responsibilities Processes payments, documents outgoing wires, and tracks and files UCC's. Enters all appropriate data into Suntell LMS in order to track all documentation associated with a loan file / borrower relationship. Tracks all documentation. Enters all appropriate data into Suntell SDI in order to image all documentation associated with a loan file / borrower relationship and then images all documents. Prepares modification and extension agreements and makes appropriate changes on core. Monitors real estate taxes and reports and issues to loan offer and management. Mail and tracks the return of Notice to Potential Buyers. Answers telephone calls and assists with walk-in member traffic at the office. Performs loan processing functions and other related duties as needed. Position Qualifications One to three years of loan or related credit union experienceHigh school diploma or HSEMust be extremely detail orientedAbility to communicate (both oral and written)Ability to foster sound relationships with other entitiesExtremely detail-orientedExcellent judgmentA significant level of trust and diplomacy, in addition to courtesy and tactAbility to work independently with little or no supervision Standard position hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
