CABP Cleanup Further Processing

POSITION DESCRIPTION

The primary responsibility of the Breaker Plant Clean-Up Team Member is the orderly, smooth, and efficient cleaning and sanitizing all Breaker Plant equipment and processing areas according to Rose Acre and USDA standards. The Breaker Plant Clean-Up labore may be asked to clean other areas at the discretion of the complex manager.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Clean and sanitize all equipment in the Breaking Plant Clean all walls, floors, etc.

Perform any other duties as directed by the supervisor

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

Must be able to work evening or 2nd shift hours.

Must be able to handle working conditions that require constant movement, bending, turning, walking, and standing for extended periods of time.

Must be able to lift 45 lbs.

Capable of working weekend shifts and maintaining a flexible schedule to help the other departments when needed. Capable of working late (if needed) past the scheduled leave time to complete the job.

Willing to comply with all Rose Acre's safety, employment, and GMP policies including working in a 100% smoke-free environment.

Ability to comply with the strictest standards for animal welfare and to report incidents of abuse, neglect, or breach of bio-security in order to preserve the health and welfare of our birds.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

Must possess the ability to work in an agricultural environment, indoors, outdoors, office, warehouse, processing, and farm production areas each varying in temperature, and other environment specific atmospheres.

Must be willing and able to work past the scheduled leave time to complete the job, if needed.

Must maintain professionalism with coworkers.
