This position is ideal for someone with a strong machinery and agricultural background who enjoys hands-on work, troubleshooting equipment, and working outdoors on a variety of projects. We specialize in agricultural irrigation systems, automation, service, electrical troubleshooting, underground repairs, and structural equipment installation throughout the region. Pay $20-$30 per hour Pay is based on experience and skill level Additional compensation considered for: CDL licensing Welding experience Stick welding capability Experience welding galvanized steel Preferred Experience & Skills Strong mechanical aptitude Agricultural equipment or farming background Experience operating or repairing machinery Basic electrical knowledge and troubleshooting Ability to work independently and solve problems in the field Comfortable working outdoors in varying conditions Welding and fabrication experience is a major plus Typical Responsibilities Diagnose and repair agricultural irrigation equipment Perform mechanical service and maintenance Assist with electrical troubleshooting and installations Work on underground pipe repairs and structural components Operate equipment and tools safely and efficiently Travel to customer sites throughout the region What We're Looking For We value work ethic, reliability, mechanical ability, and willingness to learn more than formal education.
