If you do not, we will NOT consider your application!• We are looking for an applicant with the following qualities: Heavy Machinery experience is preferred Ability to work cohesive with a team Availability during busy seasons to work longer shifts. Busy seasons usually include, but are not limited to; planting, manure hauling, chopping hay/silage. Being proactive when faced with challenges Some mechanical experience is preferred, but not required Pay will be based on experience. This is a full-time position. The typical schedule for this job is 6:45 AM - 5 PM, Monday-Friday, and employees are expected to work every other weekend. Usually, weekend shifts are short, typically from 6:45 AM - 10 AM unless otherwise discussed. The schedule may change during busy seasons allowing for longer working days.
