Job Description

Job Duties :
Operate farm equipment to plant, cultivate and harvest crops in Lane County, KS. Prepare fields for spring planting. Handle herbicide containers. During winter clean, condition, and treat seed, including bagging, handling, and hauling seed. Mow around the farm. Help clean and maintain farm and mechanical equipment, farm buildings, fences, and other structures.
Requirements:
Able to operate large farm machinery and semis; driver's license; willing to work a flexible schedule, including some nights, holidays and weekends and up to 7 days/week during planting and harvest; Able to lift 100lbs.
