Job Description Job Description Perform all irrigation activities including, but not limited to, setting components, excavating and backfilling trenches, repairing breaks and malfunctions, and winterization of systems. Operate power equipment to perform irrigation services, including but not limited to trenchers, pipe pullers, boring units, plate compactors, line locators, drills, etc. Use irrigation hand tools including, but not limited to, shovels, spades, pipe cutters, rakes, etc. Communicate with immediate supervisor about any malfunctioning equipment and all site problems experienced Analyze property needs and provide recommendations for improvement Maintain a high level of quality, efficiency and customer service Troubleshooting Bilingual a plus Desired Skills and Experience Valid Driver's License 1-year experience preferred Backflow Certification preferred or willing to obtain Experience and knowledge of irrigation installation, service, start-up, winterization, and repair Previous experience operating a trencher, pipe puller, skid steer, and backhoe preferred Must have the knowledge and ability to properly identify irrigation problems and take appropriate action to make repairs Self-motivated, open-minded and a quick learner Possess strong social, organizational and communication skills Ability to communicate effectively with managers and coworkers Benefits Vacation time 4-day work week - 40-hour work week Retirement Plan Holidays Flexible Schedule Uniforms You may apply directly on our website at https://www.staufferlawn.com/employment
