This is an Agricultural Labor Program clearance order for temporary or seasonal agricultural workers.

Interested applicants should report to any State Workforce Agency (SWA) career center for help in contacting the employer. Referral by a career center provides program guarantees and protections that may not be available to a worker not referred. Workers must have valid identification for I-9 preparation when they report to the employer's location to begin work. The employer may use the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services E-Verify Program to verify employment eligibility. C. Workers referred to this job by a SWA should report to a career center between 5 and 9 work days before the job start date to verify the job start date is the same. Failure to do so may disqualify the worker from the assurances of this Job Order. Worksites are located in Logan County, Kentucky. The housing is in Adairville, Kentucky (Logan County). D.
Job Offer:
Forage:
Duties to include, but not limited to: Soil preparation, operating tillage equipment, cutting equipment, baling, and loading bales. Hauling bales to storage barns / farms that purchase hay.
Planting, Cultivating, & Harvesting Row Crop:
Duties to include, but not limited to: Workers may drive and operate farm machinery to plant, cultivate, harvest and store grain crops such as corn, wheat, soybeans, etc. Operate or tend equipment used in agricultural production, such as tractors, combines, grain bin cleaning, and irrigation equipment. Attach farm implements such as plow, disc, and drill to tractor and drive tractor in field to till soil and plant / cultivate crop. Workers may also cultivate & harvest by hand. Perform variety of other duties such as husking and shelling corn, lubricating, and repairing farm machinery. Loading/unloading grain trucks, transfers gain through elevator grain system, clean out grain bins, elevator repair, unloads grain onto conveyors for storage in bins, operate machinery for cleaning of grain, cleaning grain bins, transferring grain from one bin to another clean bin, and maintenance on grain bins. Workers must be able to climb heights. Load agricultural products into trucks, and drive trucks to market or storage facilities. Assist in set-up of product for sale of crop.
Planting, Cultivating, & Harvesting Vegetables/Fruits:
Duties to include, but not limited to: Workers may drive and operate farm machinery to plant, cultivate, harvest and store vegetables. Attach farm implements such as plow, disc, and drill to tractor and drive tractor in field to till and fertilize soil, or to plant, cultivate, spray, & harvest crop. Perform variety of other duties such as lubricating and repairing farm machinery. May plan and schedule plowing, cultivating and harvesting operations. Plant, cultivate, harvest, & pack vegetables (boxes, buckets & crates). Lay plastic, setting plants, weeding (w/ hoe & by hand), driving stakes, grading / sorting and activities associated with vegetable production. Load agricultural products into trucks, and drive trucks to market or storage facilities. Assist in set-up of product for sale of crop.
General Farm Duties:
General farm maintenance and other duties as required in the farming operation maintenance. Includes, but not limited to, preparing barns, draining fields, preparing land for planting, repair and maintain farm vehicles, implements, tools & equipment, and other work as directly related to the crop activities for which the worker is hired. Clean work areas, and maintain grounds and landscaping. Drive trucks to haul crops, supplies, tools, or farm workers. Also includes repair farm buildings, fences, and other structures/barns. Such work will be offered when climate or crop conditions preclude working in the primary activities listed above and only after the first week guarantee is met.
General Conditions:
A normal work week is Monday through Friday from 08:00 a.m. to 04:00 p.m and Saturday 07:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. If work is available beyond normal workdays, employer may offer, but not require, worker an opportunity to work additional hours. Workers will report to work at designated time and place as directed by assigned employer each day. However, workers may be requested to ten (10) hours per day depending on the conditions in the fields and the maturity of the crops. Also, workers may be requested to work on federal holidays and their Sabbath but will not be required to do so. Workers may volunteer to work additional hours when work is available . Pay - Adverse Effect Wage Rate (AEWR): $15.87 per hour guarantee. ¾ Guarantee is in effect.

Weekly. Employer provides tools/equipment.
Withholding:
Federal Income Tax, Social Security and Medicare, and any deductions agreed to by the worker in writing. Work rules will be found in the Clearance Order. E. Contract period is April15, 2026, to October 15, 2026.
Hours:
40 hours per week
Days/Hours:
Monday thru Friday 7 hours and Saturday 5 hours per day . Work may be offered but not required on Sundays and holidays. Extra work hours may be offered based on weather and other conditions. F. Employer will refund workers living outside commuting distance the reasonable transportation and subsistence costs to report for the first day of work on the 50% date. Will provide workers who complete the contract period the reasonable cost of transportation and subsistence to return to place of recruitment or to report to the next H-2A job. G.
Housing and Board:
See ETA 790 . Meals (Board): See ETA 790 . Housing meets the requirements of Federal, State and Local regulations. Rules regarding living accommodations will be found in the Clearance Order. Transportation provided by the employer meets the requirements of Federal, State and Local regulations. H. Prohibition against preferential treatment of H-2A workers: The employer's job offer must offer to U.S. workers no less than the same benefits, wages, and working conditions that the employer is offering, intends to offer, or will provide to H-2A workers. Job offers may not impose on U.S. workers any restrictions or obligations that will not be imposed on the employer's H-2A workers. This does not relieve the employer from providing to H-2A workers at least the same level of minimum benefits, wages, and working conditions which must be offered to U.S. workers. I.
