Farm Operations Worker

Overview Baldwin Farms is seeking a reliable and hardworking Farm Operations Worker to join our agricultural team. In this role, you will support daily farm activities including planting, harvesting, equipment operation, and general farm maintenance. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors and wants to be part of a hands-on, fast-paced farming environment. Responsibilities Assist with planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops Operate farm equipment and machinery (tractors, loaders, irrigation systems) Perform general farm maintenance including cleaning, repairs, and upkeep of tools and facilities Load, unload, and transport agricultural products and materials Monitor crop conditions and report issues to supervisors Follow safety procedures and proper equipment handling guidelines Support packaging and preparation of products for distribution Requirements Previous farm or outdoor labor experience preferred but not required Ability to perform physical work and lift 50+ lbs Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions Willingness to learn and follow instructions Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Basic mechanical skills are a plus Preferred Qualifications Experience operating tractors or agricultural machinery Knowledge of irrigation systems or crop management Valid driver's license Why Join Baldwin Farms? Pay:

$22.80 - $26.50 per hour
