Cannabis Packaging & Pre-Roll Technician

Job Description:

We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented individuals to join our Flower Packaging and Pre-Roll Production team. This role is crucial to ensuring our products are packaged and presented to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately weigh and package cannabis flower and pre-rolls. Maintain high attention to detail to ensure consistency and quality. Focus on tasks for extended periods. Stand or sit for long periods while performing repetitive tasks. Utilize basic math skills for weighing and counting products. Organize and manage packaging materials efficiently. Fill out paperwork and documents accurately and legibly. Meet daily production quotas and deadlines. Work independently as well as collaboratively with team members. Adapt to a fast-paced work environment when necessary.

Qualifications:

High attention to detail and ability to focus on tasks for long periods. Basic math skills and ability to use scales accurately. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to stand or sit for extended periods. Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions. Experience in a production or packaging role is a plus but not required.
