General Laborer - Nursery

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking General Laborer to join our nursery team. This is a hands-on, outdoor role ideal for someone who enjoys working with plants, being physically active, and contributing to a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:

Assist with daily nursery operations including plant care and maintenance Load, unload, and move plants, soil, and materials Water, weed, and maintain plant inventory Help customers with loading purchases when needed Maintain cleanliness and organization of the nursery Support team with general tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

Ability to perform physical labor (lifting, bending, standing for extended periods) Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented Positive attitude and willingness to learn Previous nursery or landscaping experience is a plus, but not required

Schedule:

Weekend availability required Flexible hours; seasonal position with potential for extended work
