Cultivation help Okie Consulting Group Holyoke, MA Job Details Full-time $18 - $25 an hour 6 hours ago Qualifications Teamwork Attention to detail Performing background checks Standard operating procedures (SOPs) Full Job Description Job Overview Fully licensed cultivation seeking a dependable, hands-on Cultivation Associate to join our growing team. Multiple positions to fill. What You'll Do Assist with all phases of the cannabis plant lifecycle — from clone care through harvest Perform daily plant maintenance: watering, feeding, training, defoliation, and canopy management Monitor and maintain environmental conditions (temp, humidity, CO₂, VPD) Execute IPM protocols and scout for pests, pathogens, and nutrient deficiencies Support harvest, wet trim, drying, and curing operations Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work environment What We're Looking For Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written SOPs Comfortable with physical work — standing, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs regularly Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Must be 21+ and able to pass a background check Must be able to obtain or already hold a Massachusetts Cannabis Establishment Agent registration Nice to Have 1+ year of hands-on cannabis cultivation experience (indoor) Familiarity with nutrient systems, growing media (coco, rockwool, or soil), and environmental controls
