Full Job Description Your Tasks:

• Performing daily maintenance and health checks to ensure plants are thriving and achieving their maximum potential
• Identify and report any issues detrimental to the crop that may impact the plants ability to flourish
• Monitoring the environment during daily tasks and reporting any irregularities to management
• Operating an automated soil bag fill machine, being held accountable for daily production goals
• Cutting and transplanting clones
• Installing, maintaining and removal of trellis netting
• Install and maintaining of bench irrigation system components
• Keeping a clean and neat work environment, to ensure the cleanliness and sensitization of the facility
• Cleaning & Sanitizing greenhouse tables
• Moving plants between rooms and transplanting
• Applying weekly Biological control agents (beneficial insects) . Harvesting of crops . Assuring plant counts and labeling are correct at all times Qualifications
• All applicants must be a minimum of 21 years of age
• Self-motivation and the ability to work with minimal supervision
• A strong work ethic and a willingness to learn in a small team-based environment
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions with high attention to detail
• Good practical skills and a methodical approach to resolving problems
• Ability to work under pressure against tight deadlines
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer skills required
• Valid driver's license Or Dependable Transportation
• Physically capable of lifting 50 pounds unassisted
• The ability to stand and sit for extended periods of time
