Job Description

We are a family-owned turf and landscape company looking for a dependable Crew Leader with basic irrigation and landscaping knowledge. This position is ideal for someone who has some hands-on experience and is ready to step into a leadership role while continuing to learn and grow with the company.
Responsibilities:
Lead a small crew on daily jobs Assist with irrigation work including basic repairs, start-ups, and maintenance Perform general landscaping tasks as needed Keep jobs running efficiently and on schedule Maintain a clean and safe work environment Communicate with team members and management
Qualifications:
Basic knowledge of irrigation and landscaping Ability to lead and work well with others Strong work ethic and reliability Comfortable working outdoors in all weather Valid driver's license required
