Job Description
Our Farm Looking to spend more time outside and learn about where your food comes from? Oxford Farms is looking for part time crew mates for 2026! We are a small (but growing!) vegetable and meat farm located in Oxford Massachusetts adopting organic and no-till practices to create happy and healthy food for the greater community. Having operated for 5 years we proudly raise beef, lamb, chicken, eggs, flowers and delicious produce! Description We are looking for a who will help with Applying organic nutritional sprays to the garden plants (flower and vegetable) Pruning, maintaining and harvesting flowers Bagging, banding and boxing produce for the store and packing customer deliveries Occasional other misc. maintenance in some of our other market gardens. Candidates must be comfortable working outside rain or shine as well as on a personal level a successful candidate must be self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team. Ability to pitch in and work the Saturday farm store on occasion (9:30 to 1:00 PM), while not mandatory, is considered a plus. Scheduling We are looking for someone who can work July 1st until September 30th ; end dates can be flexible but should be stated upfront if possible. Work can be started before July 1st at a limited capacity if the right candidate is found early. The work days/times are Tuesday 7am to 12pm and Friday 7am - 12pm. Applying Farm experience is encouraged but not required. Our team is made up of all different work backgrounds and we find it creates a richer and more skilled workplace.
