Job Description

We're looking to add 20-30 temporary Farm Hands to help us with our Cannabis Harvests from the week of July 6th-July 10th, 2026. The timeline for this week is weather-dependent and subject to unforeseen variables. Advance notice will be provided in the event of any changes.

Per Hour Position Summary:
The Temporary Cultivator position will work as part of a team at our outdoor facility and will report to the Cultivation Manager. This role is responsible for the physical harvest and associated plant transfer, trimming, quality control, and packaging.
Role and Responsibilities:
Hand-harvest and gather plants Individual leaf-harvesting of plants Follow the instructions of the Cultivation Manager and leads.
Requirements:
Must be able to work for long hours outdoors, working on your feet and bending over with minimal supervision. Candidates should be motivated and hardworking, attendance is critical. These roles responsibilities will shift between Farm Hand, Trimmer and Laborer work. Must be a team player.
