Job Description

Sunshine Farm Assistant Grower. All aspects of growing and harvesting 45 acres of fruits and vegetables. Includes tillage, mowing, transplanting and cultivating crops. Setup and maintanance of drip irrigation. Also working with crew of 4-6 people harvesting, washing and packing vegetables. Two or more years experience operating tractors and machinery. Mechanical and horticultural knowledge helpful. Also includes all aspects of running a diversified fruit and vegetable farm.

Hours are 8- 5pm mon-friday. Saturday 7-12pm. Positive attitude and work ethic, able to lift 50 lbs. and working outside in all weather. 40- 50 hours/week.
