Fine Gardener/Horticulturist--MUST have 3 Years Gardening Experience (Boston Metrowest) $25-29/Hr

We are a premier, high-touch professional gardening and garden management services company serving the Boston Metro West and South Shore areas. We are NOT a lawn care company. We put a premium on respect for one another and manage our business very efficiently. Professionalism, kindness, and flexibility are paramount. We have expanded our customer base considerably. Therefore, we are looking for leaders in fine gardening, specifically Associate and Lead Gardeners. Potential team-members must be willing to adhere to and eventually teach company specific processes while prioritizing garden maintenance tasks. Knowledge of plants and their respective care needs is necessary and expected. During your initial phone interview, the day to day specifics will be discussed.
