You work well with a team, follow direction, and take pride in maintaining clean and organized work areas. Position Summary The Cultivation Tech I supports daily cultivation operations including plant care, harvest support, sanitation, and general greenhouse workflows. This role works closely with the cultivation team to maintain healthy plants, consistent operations, and compliant cultivation practices. This position reports to the Cultivation Systems Manager. Responsibilities Assist with daily plant care including watering, pruning, trellising, transplanting, and harvesting Support seed starting, propagation, and general cultivation activities Assist with harvest, drying, trimming, weighing, and movement of plant material Maintain clean, organized, and functional cultivation spaces Monitor plants for pests, disease, or environmental issues and report concerns promptly Follow cultivation schedules, SOPs, and compliance requirements Support general inventory tracking, labeling, and operational tasks as directed Qualifications Previous experience in agriculture, landscaping, greenhouse work, manufacturing, or cannabis cultivation preferred Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail Ability to follow direction and work effectively as part of a team Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive physical labor throughout the workday Comfortable working in varying environmental conditions including heat, humidity, dust, and cold storage areas Environmental Factors Work performed in greenhouse, agricultural, and controlled indoor environments Exposure to noise, plant particulates, dust, moisture, and varying temperatures Frequent standing, walking, bending, lifting, and repetitive motion required The Human Connection is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
