What You'll Do:

Care for cannabis plants through all stages of growth Water, prune, feed, and apply treatments as needed Train and manipulate plants for optimal growth Set up and sanitize grow rooms Support R D projects and other cultivation activities

What You Need:

Must be 21+ High school diploma or equivalent Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs Comfortable standing, walking, and using hands for long periods Able to follow instructions, stay focused, and work as part of a team Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, labeling software) Willingness to work in hot, humid, or noisy environments with exposure to dust, chemicals, and strong lighting
