www.mowi.com to learn more about us. Summary The Processing Skinner is responsible for efficiently removing skin from salmon Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:

• Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs.
• Works in a refrigerated environment (approximately 55°F).
• Required to stand, bend, twist, push, and lift throughout the shift.
• Must wear appropriate PPE, including a smock, hair net, apron, gloves, boots, and face mask.
• Push trolleys from the post-smoke cooler to the skinning room.
• Feed salmon fillets through the skinning machine.
• Operate the Wizard machine to remove bloodlines and dark meat.
• Use pickers to remove any remaining skin.
• Load skinned fillets into stackable totes.
• Move stacks of totes into the staging area.
• Must be able to work independently as well as collaboratively with the team.
• Must follow all safe work practices and sanitation standards.
• Must adhere to all company policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Must demonstrate a commitment to the Mowi Code of Conduct, vision, and values.
• Performs other duties as assigned. Education High School Diploma or equivalent required.
