Job Description
## Job Overview As a Cannabis Cultivator, you'll play a pivotal role in maintaining and optimizing the cannabis cultivation operation. Key responsibilities include the following ## Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain cannabis plants in an indoor facility
- Monitor plant health and growth progress
- Collect and record data on plant development and environmental conditions
- Utilize mechanical knowledge for equipment maintenance
- Perform heavy lifting tasks as needed
- Apply basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Propagation, Pruning, Planting, Cloning, Harvesting of Cannabis
- Follow company SOP's regarding production
- Ability to diagnose potential pathogen pressure
- Implement integrated pest management strategies ## Experience 2+ years indoor cannabis cultivation Comprehensive understanding of plant stages growth stages + garden management Strong knowledge of cultivation methods and techniques Understanding of automated cultivation systems Knowledge of climate control systems Cannabis industry license, or ability to apply Background in botany horticulture or related fields Experience with cannabis strains and genetics Understanding of plant nutrition
