This role is hands-on and fast-paced, perfect for someone who enjoys plant care and wants to grow within the company.
Responsibilities Assist with plant care:
cloning, veg, flower, IPM, harvest Watering, pruning, trellising, transplanting Mix nutrients and follow feeding schedules Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in grow rooms and support routine deep cleans during room resets Participate in daily scouting for pests, disease or environmental stress Report findings to Cultivation Manager Support harvest tasks: cutting, bucking, weighing, labeling Complete documentation according to SOPs and OCP rules Assist with drying room and post-harvest tasks Requirements Must be 21+ Must have a current medical use Registry Identification Card Valid ID and ability to pass background checks Able to lift 50 lbs and work on your feet Comfortable in warm, humid grow environments Strong attention to detail and reliability Cultivation or horticulture experience is a plus (not required) Willingness to work with a team, take initiative, ask questions and be open to feedback This position is Monday - Wednesday 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Benefits Employee discounts Supportive team environment Growth opportunities in cultivation and production
