Cannabis Cultivator

Cultivators are the key to ZGE's success. You are responsible for ensuring each and every plant receives the appropriate amount of water, nutrients and light. You will be responsible for ensuring that the planting to harvesting of the plants is done with accuracy and care. The cultivator will be tasked with ensuring that the facility is always kept pest free. The cultivator will ensure proper growing of different strains and properly identifying issues and resolving them. Training will be done at the facility. Detail:

Meticulous observation skills for monitoring plant health, identifying issues early, and maintaining accurate records.

Physical Stamina:

Capability to perform manual labor, including standing for long periods, bending, stooping, squatting, and lifting up to 40-50 lbs.

Teamwork and Communication:

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication skills to coordinate tasks and report findings.

Required:

Must be at least 21 years of age and able to obtain a IIC and RIC card.
