Job Description

Our medical shop Green Island Herb and our recreational shop River Rise is looking for someone that has Retail experience and Service experience to fullfill a Budtender position & Cultivation. Customer service experience at a cash register is a must. Ability to retain information, menus, and has sales experience. If you have worked as a waiter/waitress
  • We want you! The skill to multi task and retain information while handling customers efficiently is key. Requirements >>
  • Must be 21 or older.
  • Weekdays and Weekend availability. If you are unable to work weekends you would not be the fit for this position.
  • Can sit for a minimum or 5 hours.
  • Can stand, climb ladders, stairs, carry things, work in heat.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Can take direction consistently.
  • Ability to pass background check.
  • Ability to focus; attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and ethical conduct.
  • Can work in a team environment.
  • Can absorb criticism and always willing to learn and retrain.
  • Friendly, good customer service demeanor.

We require someone local for this position. We will interview candidates. There is a training period before you are actually hired. We interview with you, if we see potential then you will work 2 short shifts for assessment as part of the interview process. You are not hired until after the trial period. Pay base is based on skill not experience. Budtenders also receive tips. Please do not call the store about your application.
