As we continue to scale, we are looking for dedicated individuals to join our Post-Harvest team who take pride in the final stages of the plant's journey. The Role We are seeking a Post-Harvest Team Member who understands that quality is won or lost in the details. You won't just be trimming or bucking—you will be an essential part of a high-performance production engine. We need someone who can maintain high output numbers while respecting the integrity of the flower and the harvest procedures.

Key Responsibilities Production Excellence:

Execute post-harvest SOPs (harvesting, drying, curing, and trimming) with speed and precision.

Quality Control:

Maintain a keen eye for detail

Operational Communication:

Participate in daily stand-ups and maintain open lines of communication with cultivation and management to optimize workflow.

Facility Stewardship:

Maintain a sterile and organized environment to uphold our commitment to sustainable and clean cannabis production.

Key Responsibilities:

Harvest Operations:

Assist with monthly harvests, including cutting down and hanging plants. Take down dried flower for further processing.

Processing:

Buck down dried cannabis for processing Clean up and fine-tune trimmed material to meet quality standards. Record weights accurately for inventory tracking. Operate and assist with the Mobius trimming machine when needed. Perform occasional hand trimming.

Additional Support:

Assist cultivation teams with tasks such as defoliation and plant moves as needed. Assist Packaging when needed to make tight deadlines.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

Experience:

Professional cannabis industry experience is preferred.

Team Player:

Ability to collaborate effectively with team members.

Efficiency:

Strong organizational skills and ability to work at a fast pace to meet deadlines.

Communication:

Clear and effective communication skills a must.

Maine Adult Use Cannabis Requirements :

Must be 21+ and be able to pass a state background check in order to receive their

IIC Card Physical Requirements:

Ability to perform repetitive tasks such as trimming, bucking, and handling plants with a fast pace. Comfortable working in a physically demanding environment, including standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 pounds.
