Part-Time Cultivation Technician Position Type:

$20/hour (advancement opportunities available based on performance and skill development) Position Summary Seeking reliable, hard-working individuals to assist with daily cannabis cultivation operations. This is a physically demanding, hands-on position focused on plant care, harvest support, facility cleaning, and general labor. Applicants should be prepared to perform repetitive tasks, work on their feet for extended periods, and contribute wherever needed to keep operations running efficiently. Primary Responsibilities Defoliate and prune plants according to cultivation schedules Assist with harvesting plants Trim harvested cannabis to company standards Reset grow rooms between crop cycles Clean grow rooms, work areas, tools, and equipment Remove plant waste and maintain organized workspaces Assist with transplanting and moving plants Install and remove trellis netting Support irrigation, feeding, and general crop maintenance Wash and sanitize cultivation equipment Assist with facility maintenance projects as needed Perform other cultivation and operational tasks assigned by management Requirements Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds Ability to stand, bend, reach, and perform repetitive movements throughout the workday Dependable attendance and punctuality Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently Comfortable working in hot, humid cultivation environments Willingness to perform cleaning and labor-intensive tasks Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Important Notes This position is primarily focused on labor and crop support. Tasks will vary based on the needs of the cultivation facility. Employees should expect to spend significant time performing defoliation, harvesting, trimming, cleaning, resetting rooms, and other physical cultivation work necessary to support successful production.
