Job Description
Canopy Landscapes is seeking a knowledgeable and motivated Horticulturist to join our team in Ann Arbor. This role is ideal for someone with a strong passion for plants, horticulture, and landscape care who enjoys working outdoors and maintaining high-quality landscapes. Responsibilities Weed and maintain gardens and landscaped areas Prune, plant, and trim shrubs, trees, and perennials Identify and properly care for a wide variety of plants and landscape materials Apply proper planting and pruning techniques to support plant health and appearance Maintain clean, organized job sites and equipment Qualifications Basic knowledge of plant care, pruning, and planting techniques Ability to identify common landscape plants, shrubs, and trees Valid driver's license (required for travel to job sites) Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a small team Strong attention to detail and passion for horticulture What We Offer Competitive pay Health insurance 401(k) retirement plan Paid vacation and holidays Supportive and collaborative team environment If you're passionate about horticulture and want to contribute to creating and maintaining beautiful landscapes in the Ann Arbor area, we encourage you to apply.
