Post-Harvest Technician

Post-Harvest Technician Reports To The Post-Harvest Technician will report to the Post-Harvest Manager. Job Overview Post-Harvest Technicians must be precise and dexterous in their plant handling so as not to waste any of the flower, they must maintain a clean and organized work environment to avoid contaminating their product. Due to the nature of the job, must be able to stand and focus for long periods of time. Technicians will primarily be bucking and harvesting, but will also help with creating other cannabis products (i.e. pre-rolls), assist with trimming and or packaging and labeling of products, and other tasks that may be required of the

Post-Harvest Technicians Responsibilities and Duties:

A good attitude and work ethic are a must Must be able to sit or stand for 8 hours a day Must be knowledgeable about cannabis harvesting, bucking, trimming & finishing Must have attention to detail for product quality and report when noticing mold or other items that might affect product quality.

Qualifications:

Experience in Cannabis is necessary, and packaging experience strongly preferred. Great attention to detail Dexterity Must be 21 or older. Must be able to sit or stand for long periods of time. Team player Flexibility to change job activity at short notice.
